Dear Parents,
We are all excited and ready to go to the aquarium this morning. We are taking two ferries and it is going to be quite an adventure. Thank you in advance to all the parents who drove us to and from the ferry and the brave souls who came with us.
Next week being the last week is very busy. We are completing our portfolios that will come home on Friday for you to enjoy.
On Tuesday we have a big band coming and playing for us and we are supplying lunch for us all, so there will be a barbecue on Tuesday.
On Friday 29th, to celebrate the end of term we’ve decided to have a community lunch. Kath (who has been Chris in the craft room for the last two weeks ) is coming to play with her group.
Chris and Wendy and I are running a Conflict resolution course next term. Please check the details in this letter. It is very valuable and definitely makes life easier when raising children (and teenagers).
This week we have been practising numbers to 20. We have been reviewing and evaluating our learning for our portfolios. On Monday we had Lexodius Dadd come and show us aboriginal artifacts and told some stories. On Friday the wonderful Boori returns for the day.
The XYZ,s have been been working on their portfolios and doing lots of reading and writing. Alba even wrote a story in German.
Take care
Fran, Blake and Nicola.
