Our teachers base their programming on the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) syllabus, but have the flexibility to adapt and interpret the curriculum to fit Currambena’s philosophy, individual student needs and their own teaching styles. The children also have input to the implementation of the curriculum.

There are five class groups:

• Emma and Vinnie's class
• Jess' class
• Sarah's class
• Leesa's class
• Wendy's class

A day in the life of Currambena kids... by 8:30am each day, Currambena is open. Staff are preparing for the day’s activities. Before 9:00am most of the students have arrived. The time before 9:30am is intended to create opportunities for students to mingle, play and settle in for the day ahead.
